Excited to present our newest amenity design! A modern and refined industrial style using elements of significance from the history of Kennett Square helped to shape our design concept and the use of geometric shapes, natural textures, and an earthy color palette underscore modern living.

We’re thrilled to be part of a new development planned for Kennett Square. You can see how the location has influenced our design: from the mushroom capital of the world; to architectural details of the first built greenhouse; to the biophilic design influences from Longwood Gardens.

A modern and clean style using elements of nature with light woods, marble and stone. 2 tone cabinetry, black appliances, workstation sinks, as well as mixed metals are the design trends we see this year.

We’re happy to showcase our Earthy Modern design style reflecting a soothing color palette and luxury appointments. Natural elements, strategic lighting, and live green walls are designed to bring the outdoor environment to the inside.
